By joining easypay you are creating a Payments Account at a Payment Institution regulated by Banco de Portugal under No. 8706. As such, and to guarantee the rules to which easypay is bound and also the safety of our customers, the documents required according to the type of organization:
Individual Entrepreneur
- Copy of Identification of Legal Representatives;
- IBAN certificate;
- Declaration of Commencement of Operations or Declaration of operations (issued in less than 6 months).
Company
- Copy of Permanent Registration Certificate Code;
- Declaration of Ultimate Beneficiary Owners;
- IBAN Certificate;
- Copy of Identification of Legal Representatives;
- Address Certificate of Legal Representatives (issued in less than 6 months).
Association|Foundation|Religious Organizations|NGO- Non Governmental Organizations| Clubs
- By-Laws (Placed in the Notarial Registry) and/or publication in Diário da República;
- Minutes of the inauguration of the current Board, or minutes of the most recent board meeting;
- IBAN Certificate;
- Copy of Identification of Legal Representatives;
- Address Certificate of Legal Representatives (issued in less than 6 months)
- Declaration of Identification of all Board Members.
Public Entity
- Nomination of the Board on Diário da República;
- Minutes of the inauguration of the current Board, or minutes of the most recent board meeting;
- IBAN Certificate;
- Copy of Identification Code os Legal representatives;
- Address Certificate of legal representatives (issued in less than 6 months).
