If easypay appears on your bank statement, it means that a purchase or payment has been made to a store, company or entity that uses easypay to process your payments.
It can arise in the extract in 3 ways:
- Direct debit;
- Payment of services (Multibanco Reference);
- Payment by MBWay.
Is it the monthly fee of a gym? The payment of some parking solution or even a donation to an institution?
If you need help:
- Identify:
- On your statement the 9 digits referring to ATM References;
- On your statement the 11 digits related to Direct Debits;
- The mobile phone number if you have paid by MBWay.
- Send an email to correio@easypay.pt with the SUBJECT: Beneficiary identification request.
