To cancel (close) a Payment Account you can do it:
- Through a registered letter with the acknowledgment of receipt, indicating the grounds for the resolution and the period within which the resolution takes effect;
- By email to correio@easypay.pt with the SUBJECT: Payment Account Cancellation.
You will have to notify easypay 30 days in advance that you will close the account.
